As the founder of Blissful Life Consulting, she merges clinical expertise with spiritual wisdom to help women overcome trauma, heal deeply, and rediscover their true purpose. She also founded the Malaysia Harrell Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to uplifting veteran women and other underrepresented populations.

As founder of the Women's InnerFitness & Wellness Center, she has expanded mental health services across the U.S. providing vital support to women, veterans, and families through innovative programs and the Veterans Center for Wellness.

She is the author of "Radiate Self-Love: Reignite Your Inner Light" and "Embraceable Me: Crowned with Self-Love," empowering women through her CARESS protocol and SHEE wellness approach.

Ms. Norma Ely is a trailblazing leader whose 28-year military career set unprecedented milestones in the U.S. Army's Quartermaster/Logistics division.

In civilian aviation, Ely broke barriers as the first African American female Air Traffic Manager at Andrews Air Traffic Control Tower, overseeing presidential and VIP operations.

Today, she operates Next Season Inc., a veteran-owned real estate investment company, while inspiring future generations through Her Valor, Her Voice.
